What is a Corporate/Temporary Furnished Housing?

Corporate/temporary furnished Housing is typically a fully-furnished apartment that includes all housewares, linens, cable TV, internet, all utilities, etc. While similar to a hotel room, these properties are much larger and include the conveniences of an apartment such as full kitchens, bathrooms, and separate bedrooms. High speed internet, cable, gas, water, electric, and all other utilities are included in the cost of the housing.

What is the process for selecting my property?

Taking a moment to view our properties located on our website will enable you to search for the one that best suits your needs. You may also speak with a guest coordinator specialist by calling 202.747.1800 to help with your selection. You can also fill out a request form online and we will contact you shortly.

How do I apply for a property?

The process is quick and easy. You must complete an application and credit card authorization form, which can be found on our website or can be emailed to you. Either fax or email both forms back to us, it takes up to two days to process the application. We will then send you the contract for your review and signature.

What if we have a pet?

Some of our properties are pet friendly for up to 2 pets. These properties charge a onetime non-refundable pet fee of $450 per pet.

What are the other additional fees?

There is a one-time application fee of $100 and a $230 move out cleaning fee. And If applicable, pet fees and parking fees may apply... Credit card transactions incur a 3% processing fee.

Do I have to pay tax?

All stays less than 90 days are subject to a 14.5% DC Hotel tax which will be applied to your stay. If you are tax exempt you must provide a tax exempt form with your application.

What if I am in need of maid service?

What is included in the service? Maid service is available weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or will call. Please contact us for current rates. Maid service includes a thorough cleaning of the apartment, changing of bed linens, and laundering of linens and towels.

What if I need to extend my stay?

Extension is available based on availability of the property only and we require 30 days verbal and written notice for an extension of any stay. If the property is available we will be more than happy to extend your stay.

What if the property is in need of repair?

Please fill out the maintenance request form online under contact us and we will send someone out.

What is the required minimum stay?

Most properties have a 30 day minimum stays. Some properties have a 3-month minimum and 6-month minimum.

What time is check in?

Unless otherwise agreed upon, properties are available for check in, between 4 PM on the day of your move.

What time is check out?

Check out is at 11am on the day the contract ends. A late checkout will result in an additional charge of one day.

What is the method of payment? When is payment due?

We accept personal and business checks, money orders, also all major credit cards.

When is payment due?

Payment is due the first day of your booking and first of each month thereafter.
